What is the cost to rent Barn Appétit for my event?


The cost to rent Barn Appétit is $6,500 for 2024 and $7,000 for 2025. This reserves the venue from Thursday until Sunday for the weekend of your event. There is a deposit required to reserve a date and the remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the event date.


Is there a  Security Deposit required to rent the Barn Appétít venue?


Yes. Per our lease agreement, there is a $500 security deposit required in addition to the rental fee. The security deposit
will be reimbursed to you according to the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.


What is included when I rent the Barn Appétit venue for my special event?

 

To give you plenty of time to set up and decorate, we are happy to provide use of the venue from Thursday-Sunday for your event. We don’t want you to feel rushed Saturday night, so you may return on Sunday to collect personal items and remove décor that you used. We also allow use of the Barn Appétit grounds for outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hours, etc... at no additional charge. We also provide use of our bridal suite/ready room. Barn Appétit has an extensive inventory of decorating items to use free of charge such as: wooden barrels with table tops, furniture pieces, rocking chairs, wooden slabs for center pieces, table numbers, lanterns, mason jars, vases, wooden crates, battery operated candles, burlap table runners, signs, shepherds hooks, a ceremony arbor, and many other items.

 

What is Barn Appétit's capacity? 

 

We can accommodate up to 250 people.

 

Does Barn Appétit provide catering services? 

 

No, we do not provide catering services. You have the flexibility to choose any caterer you prefer that fits your budget.  

 

What is Barn Appétit's Alcohol Policy? 

 

Alcohol is permitted according to the guidelines set forth in our lease agreement.

 

Does Barn Appétit provide tables and chairs?

 

Yes. We provide square tables for the barn complimented by walnut wood chiavari chairs. Square tables offer a number of advantages: they compliment the geometry of the barns square beamed structure and they can also be put together to make bigger tables if needed. White resin folding chairs are provided for outdoor ceremonies.
Our table inventory consists of:
16: 72” Square Tables (10 person)
12: 60” Square Tables (8 person)
2: 60” Half Round (commonly used as a sweetheart table)
2: 6 FT Rectangle Tables
12: 8 FT Rectangle Tables

 

Does Barn Appétit provide linens?

 

We do not offer linen services, but most caterers do. If your caterer does not offer a linen service, we would be more than happy to refer you to a local linen rental service.


What hours am I allowed to use the Barn Appétit venue? 

 

Our hours of operation are from 8 AM to 11 PM (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). All events must conclude by 10PM and everyone must be off Barn Appétit's property by 11PM. We suggest that you plan your event to end no later than 10PM to give your guests ample time for departure and for the allowance of any cleanup and removal of personal items/decorations. If you are returning on Sunday to collect personal items and decorations, the barn’s hours of use are from 8AM to 5PM.

 

Do I need Event Liability Insurance to rent the Barn Appétit venue? 

 

Yes. We require our clients to have a minimum of $1,000,000 event liability insurance. This must include coverage for property damage and injuries to guests.

May I bring my own decor to the Barn Appétit?

 

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own décor and DYI projects and ideas. We also offer use of an extensive inventory of complimentary décor.

 

Does use of Barn Appétit's ceremony site cost additional? 

No. The use of the grounds for an outside ceremony is allowed at no additional charge. Chairs are provided for the ceremony site as well.

 

Is there a Bridal Suite?


Yes! There is a beautiful climate controlled bridal suite/ready room for use at no additional charge. It includes a changing room, bathroom,  6-person hair and make-up vanity, refreshment station, and seating area.

 

Will Barn Appétit staff help us set up?

 

We would be happy to set up the tables and chairs in the barn before you arrive. We have a useful resource to help you design the layout of the barn with digital animation. The ceremony chairs will be your own responsibility to set up before the ceremony and remove afterwards. A member of Barn Appétit will be present to help with the process. 

Will the Barn Appétit staff clean up for us after our event? 

 

We take care of general clean up and tear down of tables and chairs. We ask that you remove all personal items and decorations.


Are there restrooms? 

Yes! For your convenience, there are modern indoor restroom facilities located in the main venue area, as well as in the bridal suite. Unlike many barn venues, we do not have porta-potties or trailers you have to go outside to use! :) 

 

Is The Barn Appétit pet friendly?
 

We are pet friendly, so you can bring your special fury friend with you as part of your special day!
 

Are there Local Accommodations near the Barn Appétit venue?

Yes! There are many excellent options within a 5-10 minute drive if you or your guests need overnight accommodations. We do have a vendor list with these recommendations available.
